T-Kabrit fitness is inspired by a step game that was popularized by kids from Haiti on social media platforms. T-Kabrit fitness has its own unique style and rhythm. Participants bounce and jump in interesting patterns which distinguishes it from other exercise style.
The objective of T-Kabrit Fitness is to provide an opportunity to include T-Kabrit fitness in your exercise program. T-Kabrit Fitness can provide benefits such as feeling better about your overall health, improving coordination and balance, muscle strengthening, and toning.

I am the creator of T-Kabrit fitness. I created this program for those looking for something new in fitness. I have a rich background in healthcare and social services; I am also an ISSA certified group fitness instructor. I have always been interested in fitness and working out. I enjoy exploring and learning new things everyday and so far I am loving this fitness journey. I hope you can come along with me and grow together in this journey.
